A non refundable retainer is due at the time of booking of $52.32 the remaining balance of $100 is due the day of the shoot.

By booking, client is agreeing that you have read and understand that the amount paid is for the non refundable retainer only and the remaining balance is due the day of the shoot.

NOTE: A non refundable retainer of is due at the time of booking. If services are canceled at any time by the client due to other reason outside of photographer’s control, retainer will be forfeited. The remaining balance is due the day of the shoot, If a invoice is needed at the time of shoot for remaining balance, the invoice must be paid with in 24 hours or all photos will be discarded immediately.

KM Photography reserves the right to terminate the contract within 30 days if all forms of correspondence are ignored or KM Photography is unable to contact client due to incorrect contact information.
